HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Meadow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
