HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charleston, SC)

Nova Ember Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Charleston with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
