HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charleston, SC)

Westbrook Rowan Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
