HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Quarry Arts Center is an arts centre in Charleston with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
