HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Mill Farms is an agricultural business based around Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
