HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Birch Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
