HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Birch Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
