HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Cross Civic Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
