HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Cross Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
