HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Summit Fern Arts Center Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
