HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Buffalo plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
