HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Thistle Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
