HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Clear Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
