HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 315 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
