HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
