HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Haven Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
