HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Cross Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Boston region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
