HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Loom Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boston area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 296 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
