HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
