Amberfield Forge Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
