HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Northwind Stone Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Boston region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
