HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Wilder Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Boston plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
