HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Boston design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
