HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Redstone Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boston area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
