HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Summit Meadow Property Management manages apartment communities around Boise, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
