HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Sparrow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Boise. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
