HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood North Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 775 people based in Boise. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
