HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Boise, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
