HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
