HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Summit Orchard Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
