HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Rook Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Birmingham. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 468 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
