HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Fox Construction is a Birmingham contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
