HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group is a facilities company in Birmingham with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
