HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Rook Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Birmingham. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
