HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Basin Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Birmingham with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
