HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Ivory Care Services provides in-home and community support in Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
