HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
