HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen River Financial is a financial-services company in Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
