HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
