HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
