HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Mill Arts Center Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
