HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Loom Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
