HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Basin Legal Group is a Austin practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Austin. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
