HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ember Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
