HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Bright Harbor Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
