HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Linden Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Austin, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
