HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Pine Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Atlanta region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
