HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Fernwood Drift Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
