HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
