HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Sable Manufacturing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
